Valley Sport in conjunction with the Moira Shire present a valuable FREE RSA course to assist sporting organisations and their volunteers to understand their responsibilities when it comes to alcohol at their club.
The RSA course educates club volunteers on practices for greater awareness of legal issues and potential litigation in a sporting club environment. Upon completion of this seminar, club members should walk away with a greater understanding of liquor laws and how to further protect their club.
The seminar covers: • An Organisation’s and Individual’s Legal Responsibilities • Considering Club Rules on Alcohol • Duty of Care and Server Liability • Issues Associated with Under Age Drinking • Managing Alcohol Intoxication • ‘Signing In’ Requirements
